Sarmad’s path to EDR Design Build was shaped by legacy and driven by mastery. Inspired by his father — an accomplished contractor in his own right — Sarmad pursued engineering with the same relentless commitment to excellence that defined his family’s tradition. He earned his Master’s in Engineering Management from UC Berkeley, and what followed was a decade of building at the highest levels of the industry.
As a Senior Project Manager at Webcor — one of California’s most respected commercial construction firms — Sarmad led seasoned teams on landmark, iconic projects: San Francisco’s Moscone Center, the Four Seasons Residences in Beverly Hills and San Francisco, and the acclaimed Roblox headquarters in San Mateo. These are not merely projects. They are enduring monuments to precision, craftsmanship, and flawless execution.
As a licensed contractor and licensed real estate agent, Sarmad brings a comprehensive command of the entire build process — from structural engineering and constructability review to permit management and market value. His problem-solving instincts, honed across hundreds of complex projects, ensure that no challenge goes unresolved and no detail goes unexamined. Eddie Stolik is a proven entrepreneur with an instinctive command of design, growth strategy, and client experience. His career began in retail and business operations — disciplines that forged an exceptional foundation in logistics, team leadership, and strategic execution. But it was his unwavering passion for beautiful, purposeful spaces that led him to construction, where he quickly distinguished himself as a project manager at a premier high-end residential firm in the Bay Area.
Eddie’s leadership character was shaped long before the boardroom. Growing up competing on horse ranches, he learned discipline, composure under pressure, and the relentless drive to outperform. Those same qualities define how he leads EDR today — with focus, with finesse, and with a pioneer’s willingness to do things differently. He was among the first in the Bay Area to recognize the power of the integrated design-build model for high-end residential clients — and he built EDR around it.
As the mastermind behind EDR’s client experience, Eddie brings an acclaimed ability to translate a homeowner’s vision into a clear, actionable, and beautifully executed reality. His strategic adoption of state-of-the-art AI tools and modern project management systems keeps EDR at the forefront of an industry that is rapidly evolving — and he intends to stay ahead of it.
