CEO
Eddie Stolik
A serial entrepreneur with a passion for design, construction, and innovation, Eddie began his career in retail and business operations, where he developed a strong foundation in logistics, management, communication, and strategic growth. His entrepreneurial mindset and drive for excellence naturally led him to transition into construction, where he quickly distinguished himself as a project manager for a high-end residential firm in the Bay Area.
Eddie’s leadership style was shaped early on — growing up on horse ranches, he learned discipline, focus, and how to solve problems under pressure while competing in riding. Combining that mindset with his business acumen, Eddie refined a seamless design-build process that bridges creativity and execution.
Leveraging years of hands-on experience and strategic insight, he founded EDR Design Build, which, through collaboration with Sarmad Khalaf evolved into one of the Bay Area’s premier design-build firms — known for its organization, transparency, and ability to turn complex projects into beautifully crafted homes.
